Integrating Botel AI with Lodgify
Connecting Lodgify with Botel AI is very simple. Once you have created an account on Botel AI, follow the easy self-onboarding process below:
- You’ll be prompted to choose your PMS. Select Lodgify.
- Enter your Lodgify API key. (To find your Lodgify API key, open Lodgify, navigate to Settings, and select Public API in the menu.)
- After connecting your PMS, all of your properties will be populated into Botel AI.
- Once your properties have been uploaded and marked as “Active” and the AI Ready status is marked as “Ready,” you can get started.
Remember, it might take some time for all your property and guest communications to load. But once it’s completed, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the power of true automation!
