Minut provides affordable pricing plans for their smart home monitoring sensors. The Standard plan costs $10 per month per home, while the Pro plan costs $15 per month per home.
You can purchase the sensors separately for $100 each. These sensors allow you to easily monitor noise levels, occupancy, and other important features to ensure the safety and security of your rental property.
Note: The API integrations are only available on the Pro plan, which also includes one free device with a subscription.
How does Minut work with Lodgify?
If you want to enhance the security of your vacation rental, signing up for a Minut account is the first step. From there, you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs and complete the payment process.
The Pro plan comes with onboarding, where an agent will guide you through PMS integration setup, connect your home link and provide follow-up support. Once integrated, you can easily map your properties in Minut to your Lodgify properties and import reservation information, including guest name, phone, email, check-in and check-out dates.
