Integrating Lodgify with ResortCleaning
What’s even better than using ResortCleaning to manage your housekeeping operations? Integrating it with Lodgify to automate cleaning and maintenance tasks according to your booking schedule.
Your first step will be to onboard onto ResortCleaning by requesting a demo. From there, you’ll simply have to provide ResortCleaning’s success team with the necessary information to finish setting up your account.
Next, connect Lodgify to ResortCleaning via API:
- Within ResortCleaning, go to Setup and then Integrations. Click Lodgify Direct.
- Paste your Lodgify API key in the field provided.
- To find your Lodgify API key, open Lodgify, navigate to Settings, and select Public API in the menu.
- Click Configure Properties.
- Select the Lodgify listing from the drop-down menu to match it with the property in ResortCleaning. The bookings will begin to pull in on the next integration update.
Once you’ve connected Lodgify to ResortCleaning, you’ll have to add your properties, since they’re not imported automatically into ResortCleaning. You can add these by navigating to Properties and then the View section. Once you’ve added your properties, you can edit them to include any photos, notes, and check-in/check-out times.
After that, ResortCleaning will pull and update data from Lodgify every two hours!
Note: Users must be connected to major channels via API (not iCal) or else their bookings will not integrate with ResortCleaning.
