What is Dynamic Pricing?
Dynamic Pricing automatically adjusts your nightly rates as demand and market conditions change. Lodgify updates your rates daily, so you do not have to keep checking and repricing your calendar yourself.
What affects my nightly rates?
Dynamic Pricing considers factors such as seasonality, day of the week, local events, competitor sets, past reservations, changing demand, how far ahead guests are booking and market availability.
How often do my prices update?
Your Dynamic Pricing rates update daily and can be generated for dates up to 18 months ahead.
Can I choose the lowest price I will accept?
Yes. You set a Minimum Price when you activate Dynamic Pricing, and generated rates will not go below it. The minimum price we recommend simply gives room to fluctuate the rate down during low-demand periods to win more bookings.
Can I still change the price myself?
Yes. You can override the generated price for an individual date or date range whenever you need to.
Can I turn Dynamic Pricing off?
Yes. You can deactivate Dynamic Pricing at any time and return to managing your rates manually.
Which Lodgify plans include Dynamic Pricing?
Dynamic Pricing is included with Professional and Ultimate plans. Starter and Basic plans include a 3-month trial.
Do Dynamic Pricing rates update on my connected booking sites?
Dynamic Pricing rates are sent through Lodgify to your connected booking sites.
