Now, you can effortlessly track the time spent on all completed tasks, accessible directly from the task details page.
This feature is a game-changer, especially for property managers and larger vacation rental owners juggling multiple properties, as it eliminates the need for manual calculations, simplifying your operations and saving you precious time.
Use it to streamline cost calculations for cleaning teams, for example, or allocate resources more efficiently.
While this overview is currently only available in the desktop app, we are working to launch it on our mobile applications in the coming weeks.
Tracking and managing Airbnb resolutions is easier than ever
This month, we also improved Airbnb Resolutions integrations to make tracking and managing Airbnb booking resolutions easier than ever.
Here’s what to look for when using this tool in your dashboard:
- Easily View Resolutions: As a host, you can now see all resolution details from the reservations page, saving you precious time (and a lot of hassle).
- Track Resolution Status: Keep track of resolution progress directly within Lodgify, ensuring you’re always in the know.
- Simple Resolution Management: If any action is required on your part, simply click to be redirected straight to the Airbnb Resolutions Center, where you can handle things smoothly.
- Important Details: You can now easily access essential information, including who initiated the resolution, type of money transaction, reason, status, and last updated timestamp for complete clarity.
This integration is currently only available to English-speaking users. Stay tuned for announcements regarding the full rollout in the coming months.
