Who can join the Affiliate Program?
Anyone who is not a Lodgify customer with a valid website, blog or social media profile can apply. Affiliates usually are marketing agencies or freelancers, short-term rental or real estate coaches, short-term rental property owners or property managers and content creators, among others.
How do I earn commissions?
You earn a commission when:
- A new customer subscribes to Lodgify using your affiliate link.
- They have never used Lodgify Services before.
- They keep their subscription active for at least 30 consecutive days.
You'll receive commissions for up to 12 months from their first subscription payment.
How much commissions can I earn?
Our commission structure is designed to reward your performance. Commissions start at a generous 20% on the customer’s monthly, yearly, or bi-yearly Lodgify subscription payments for up to one year and can grow up to 30% the more customers you bring in.
Here’s how the tiers work:
- Friend Tier earns a 20% commission on sales from $0 up to $2,999.
- Advocate Tier earns a 25% commission on sales from $3,000 to $9,999.
- Ambassador Tier earns a 30% commission on sales above $10,000.
How and when are commissions paid?
You will receive payment via PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold for commissions. Commission validation and payment operate on a monthly cycle: referrals generated in a given month are validated the following month, and validated commissions are paid the month after that.
How can I track my commissions and performance?
In your affiliate dashboard, under “Commissions,” you can track each customer’s purchase, the commissions they’ve generated and their status (due, pending, paid or cancelled). Under “Performance,” you can also track other performance metrics such as visitors, leads and purchases.

Can I run paid ads?
Yes, you can run paid advertising with certain restrictions on Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms. You cannot bid on or use "Lodgify" as a keyword (alone or combined with other words, like "Lodgify PMS"), use misspellings or confusingly similar terms, or create ads that imply an official partnership or endorsement beyond your role as an affiliate.
