What is the ASHI?

ASHI, or the American Society of Home Inspectors, represents the home inspection industry in the United States. Since its founding in 1976, ASHI has been dedicated to promoting excellence and professionalism in the industry.

To become an ASHI-certified inspector, one must pass the National Home Inspector Exam, meet other education and experience requirements, and demonstrate that they continue to upgrade their knowledge through required continuing education.
