We’ve brought the power of our AI Assistant into the Reservation messaging system!
With the majority of our customers relying on this feature for guest communication, we recognized the need to extend the AI capabilities beyond the Inbox.
The AI Assistant in Reservation messaging works like it does in your Inbox. It’s designed to help you craft quick, accurate, and personalized responses to incoming messages, saving time and ensuring your guests receive top-notch communication.
Plus, you can easily translate AI-generated responses and provide feedback, allowing us to continuously refine and improve this feature.
Ultimate users got an updated analytics dashboard
Ultimate users, this one’s for you! As soon as you log into the app, you can instantly access essential business insights, offering a crystal-clear snapshot of how your rental business is performing.
This feature is specially designed for our users with access to the Property Management (PM) module, enabling them to craft an intuitive dashboard centered around key performance indicators (KPIs).
Here’s what sets it apart from previous versions:
- Instant Overview: Look at four main KPIs—Revenue, Occupancy Rate, Average Price per Night, and Average Price per Booking. These metrics were selected based on their popularity and usefulness, as indicated by our users, to ensure you’re looking at data that matters.
- Comprehensive Data: The analytics widget provides a total average for all your rentals over the last 30 days, giving you up-to-date insights to inform your business decisions.
- Deep Dive into Details: Want more info on a specific KPI? Just click on its card, and you’ll be taken to a dedicated page with an in-depth analysis, helping you understand the nuances behind the numbers.
- Prioritized Listings: Rentals are sorted to show the highest performers first, making it easy to see which properties are doing well and which might need more attention.
- Historical Insights: Scroll back up to two years to track your business growth over time and identify long-term trends.
- Customizable Filters: Tailor the analytics to your needs by filtering data per rental, allowing for a personalized overview that focuses on what’s important to you.
This feature bridges the gap between data and decision-making, empowering you with the insights needed to steer your vacation rental business toward success.
Streamlined pre-check-in for same-day bookings
We’ve upgraded our pre-check-in form to seamlessly accommodate same-day bookings in response to user feedback.
Previously, our email scheduler required manual intervention to send out necessary pre-check-in forms.
Now, with a simple checkbox activation within the email scheduler settings, our system immediately sends pre-check-in form emails for any same-day reservations marked as booked.
This update eliminates the need for manual processing, ensuring all guests receive their check-in details promptly—no matter how last-minute their booking is.
Improved calendar experience
Recognizing the importance of calendars in the booking process, we’ve refined their design with more user-friendly fonts and colors.
This update aims to simplify navigation for your guests, showcasing minimum stay requirements, check-in/out restrictions, and unavailable dates more clearly.
In addition to these visual improvements, we’re giving you the power to customize. Now, you can adjust calendar colors to match your brand directly from the Styles page.
While this feature has already been implemented fully in our Brooklyn and Capucine templates and the Tideway homepage, we plan to expand to other templates soon!
Make property operations a breeze with our new Breezeway integration
Another feature aimed at making business (and life) easier for property managers is our latest integration with Breezeway.
