Our Product team has been working their magic, and they’ve just rolled out a nifty solution. Say hello to direct connections with the Airbnb Messaging API. What does that mean for you? From now on, pre-check-in emails will land right in your Airbnb guests’ inboxes as messages. No more waiting around in their email; they’ll be right there on Airbnb. And the cool part is, you’ll be able to check out those messages in both your Lodgify and Airbnb inboxes.
Please note, this is just for Airbnb guests. If you’ve got guests from other channels, they’ll still be getting their messages via good ol’ email.
And last but definitely not least, we’ve spruced up our email content to make it all user-friendly and welcoming. So, you’re not just sending messages; you’re sending a warm Lodgify welcome!

Most of you won’t even notice the change, but if you’ve got some nifty inbox tricks set up based on the @lodgify.com domain, it’s a good time to give your inbox settings a quick once-over.
Don’t worry, though. If you’ve got forwarding rules set up for @inbox.lodgify.com, they’re staying put.
