Who is Lodgify for?
Lodgify is designed to help all types of short-term rental businesses grow – from 1 property to more than 1000.
How much does Lodgify cost?
Lodgify pricing starts at $12 per month and varies depending on the total number of rentals and features. You can test our free trial for 7 days before buying a subscription. See the additional pricing details above.
How is the booking fee on our Starter plan calculated?
The booking fee is charged on all bookings, including those received through the website, as well as those from API-connected channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo/HomeAway and Expedia). However, it’s not charged on any iCal connections.
What's included in the free onboarding service?
Lodgify's onboarding services are here to support you so you can make the most of your subscription.
An assigned specialist will walk you through the set-up of your Lodgify account, help you get connected to OTAs or channels and give you technical advice to build a bookable website.
The process consists of 1-4 calls depending on the number of properties and the plan you have subscribed with.

Can I use Lodgify if I already have a website?
Yes, you can still use Lodgify as your centralized booking software. You can easily embed our booking engine on your existing website (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly, etc) to start receiving direct bookings. Plus, you can also sync all your channels with Lodgify's channel manager and use our reservation system and/or calendar to run your short-term rental business.
Can I keep the free domain that comes with your annual plan?
Yes! You can take that domain name with you and keep it indefinitely.
Can I try Lodgify without paying?
Yes, you can fully test our software for up to 7 days prior to any payment. We don’t require a credit card number to test our software. Create your website and customize it first, before deciding on your Lodgify plan.
Is there a set-up fee?
No, there is no set-up fee when joining Lodgify. We offer a free onboarding service to guide you through the account setup.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can change to a different plan at any time.
How do I pay the subscription plan?
We automatically charge your credit card according to your billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Although we will miss you, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our annual and a 25% discount on our two-year plan when they are paid upfront. Additionally, you will also receive a free custom domain with both of these plans.
Are custom plans available?
Yes! We provide custom plans for multi-website or multi-property users with more than 100 vacation rentals. Please contact us and we will provide you with a personalized quote.
Can I use my own domain name (URL)?
Of course! You can either use your own domain name registered with an external provider, or register a new domain name via Lodgify.
Do I need a merchant account in order to accept credit card payments?
No, you don't. In order to start accepting credit card payments, all you need is a Stripe or PayPal account – you can register for free.
Are there any fees if I want to activate a payment gateway?
Depending on the payment gateway you connect to and if you purchase a premium add-on or not.
You can easily integrate with Stripe, Paypal and other payment gateways to charge and manage secure bookings without the need for other third-party accounts. Once set up, Lodgify collects 1% of the transactions on a monthly basis.
If you choose Stripe as your preferred gateway, you can easily avoid the 1% transaction fee (discounted from your Stripe payout) and pay a monthly flat fee by subscribing to our Stripe Premium app. All charges may be subjected to VAT depending on the country.

Do I need a web host or have to download anything?
No. Our plans include unlimited hosting for your vacation rental website. Everything is up in the cloud, so there’s no need to install anything on your computer.
