- Starter starts at $26/month and helps hosts with up to 2 properties grow direct bookings, adding the no-code website builder and 0% Lodgify booking fees on bookings made through your own site.
- Professional starts at $42/month and gives hosts with 3+ properties more automation and flexibility, adding broader automated messaging, more payment options and a listing on Google Vacation Rentals.
- Ultimate starts at $62/month and helps larger operations manage teams and scale, adding task management, guest registration, SMS and priority support.
Starter, Professional and Ultimate include commission-free direct bookings through your Lodgify website. You pay your Lodgify subscription instead of an additional booking commission. Payment processing fees may still apply. (Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com still carry those platforms' own host fees, which Lodgify doesn't control.)
