Guesty now offers 3 tiers: Guesty Lite for 1 to 3 listings, Guesty Pro for 4 to 199 listings, and Guesty Enterprise for 200 or more listings. Pro and Enterprise pricing isn't published; you'll need to request a quote.

Lodgify offers 4 plans built to scale with your business.
- Basic is our most affordable plan, starting at $14/month (billed annually), for hosts with 1 property who want a unified calendar across Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com plus an AI-powered unified inbox.
- Starter starts at $26/month and adds the no-code website builder, so you can launch your own direct booking site.
- Professional starts at $42/month and is our most popular plan, adding automated messages and a listing on Google Vacation Rentals.
- Ultimate starts at $62/month and adds task management, owner statements and priority support for hosts running a larger operation.
Every plan comes with a 0% direct booking fee: when a guest books through your own Lodgify website, you keep 100% of that revenue. You pay a flat subscription instead of a commission. (Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com still carry those platforms' own host fees, which Lodgify doesn't control.)
Lodgify's subscription plans can be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP).
Guesty
Guesty Lite is Guesty's only tier with published pricing, starting from roughly $9 to $29 per listing per month depending on the billing option, for up to 3 listings. Guesty Pro (4 to 199 listings) and Guesty Enterprise (200+ listings) are both quote-only. There's no public rate card for either, so cost depends on your portfolio size and the features you add.

Lodgify's vacation rental website builder is well known for its ease of use and customizable templates. With a few clicks, hosts can launch a bookable website under their own domain in under 5 minutes, no technical skills required. Lodgify sites are built to be SEO-friendly, which helps drive direct bookings over time. The builder also lets you personalize your site, add widgets and create unlimited pages, including local guides that help you rank in search.

Lodgify's unified inbox brings every guest conversation, across all your booking channels and your own website, into one place, with saved replies, automated messages and a built-in AI writing assistant to help you draft clear responses faster. Hosts can also message guests through WhatsApp from the same dashboard.
Lodgify is also opening early access to Lodgify AI Co-Host, currently in beta. Rather than just drafting messages, it's designed to watch your bookings, guests, tasks and revenue in the background and surface what needs your attention, so you approve rather than chase. It's not yet generally available, but it points to where Lodgify's AI is headed: proactive support across your whole business, not just your inbox.

Guesty's unified inbox includes Guesty ReplyAI™, offered on a freemium basis across Lite, Pro and Enterprise, meaning a basic version is included and deeper functionality requires an upgrade. Lodgify offers integration with Google Vacation Rentals on the Professional and Ultimate plans at no extra cost, helping your direct booking site gain visibility alongside listings from the major booking platforms. Guests who click through from Google book directly on your website.
Guesty
Guesty offers Google Vacation Rentals only through its paid Advanced Website add-on. Lite users don't have access to it at all.
